Having served the financial services and public policy sectors, Skibbie was the public face of two organizations and had built numerous friendships throughout the Midwest and Southwest. After returning to Illinois amid the great recession, he started JRS Marketing Communications as a way to provide support to Small and Mid-Size Businesses looking for clarity in their marketing spend and numbers to justify continuing, or discontinuing campaigns

Today, JRS Marketing Communications is led by a team of dedicated marketing professionals with over 60 years of combined experience.
