As a small business owner, I manage various responsibilities. Connecting with other small business owners who share similar challenges is important. Growing the business while assisting others in their growth is a primary goal. Customers know that they can reach out via call, text, or email for any need.

Networking and meeting new individuals are vital aspects of the role. Understanding their work and passion helps in connecting them with suitable contacts.

Before joining Payroll Vault, I was involved with an organization that employed thousands of freelance workers. I led the design and implementation of the database system and mobile app used to manage jobs and payroll data submission. Currently, I process much of that data for my current clients at Payroll Vault.

Having lived in "The Region" all my life, from Miller Beach to Hobart and throughout my time working in Illinois, this area remains home. Supporting its growth is a priority.

Dealing with numbers, organization, and problem solving are just a few of the skills that I’ve fine-tuned throughout my career. I have been able to step into a different role and division to complete necessary tasks when another employee abruptly left.

Being accountable and reliable comes naturally to me. I’m able to work with our clients helping them be more efficient with their time so that they can focus more on what they need to do daily with their business.

In my free time you will find me spending time with my kids. We like to take walks by the lake and play at the park.

Old school customer service has a person who can guide you and assist you when challenges arise. As a former business owner, I am that person. In my role as Business Development and Networking Coordinator, I will be available to help local businesses focus on their growth.

I have been a Northwest Indiana resident for most of my life. I grew up in Hobart, lived in Schererville, Dyer, Lake Station, and Valparaiso. The Region is my backyard. I have a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, from Purdue University, West Lafayette. I also have a master’s degree from Keller Graduate in Human Resource Management.
